Either on the water or on the hill, we will be adhering to the 2 metre distancing required.
We’ve invested in a ‘pop-up’ hand washing and sanitising unit for guest and guide use.
During our water adventures, our guides will provide an in depth briefing on a ‘self-rescue’ – and where this is not possible they will limit the time spent withing the 2 metre zone.
If changing facilities have to be used, these will be cleaned with disinfectant prior to use. This also applied to our kit.

We don’t subscribe to the normal concept of escorted travel. Our trip is not for those who want to be herded around in large groups, seeing sights merely from the inside of buses.
We treat each of our guests as an individual, appreciating that each has individual interests.

Happy AdventurersWhat a great experience!!! Alexander Adventures brings the fun back into canoeing. Its all about bringing the fun back into been on the water it's not about how skillful you are, it's about making the most of your skill and building on it which they have done with me making me more confident on the water.. Slowing everything down so you can also take in the wildlife and nature around you and remembering what canoeing is all about.. Thanks to Joe what a cracking day on the North Tyne and hope for many days playing out.
Absolutely amazing day climbing some rocks in Lake district. Joe is the best guide and companion i met so far. Helpful and considerate all the way - and I am not even talking about being served fresh brewed coffee and brownies while on top of the mountain.
Hard to know where to start, from the training rope day to the final night, every aspect was organised seem less and fun. Joe and the team were very supportive and encouraging, watching everyone to maintain safety and ensure the most is got out of the trip. Joe is very good at making a team out of people who never meet before, I can easily say that this has been the best trip I have been on to date, I will be booking many more adventures with his company.
