Yes definitely we have over 50 modern white water kayaks available and great carbon and plastic paddle that we can book before you arrive in Nepal.
Is there an orientation meeting before the rafting / kayaking?
Yes, there will be an orientation meeting held in the evening at your hotel in Kathmandu to provide you with essential information about your trek.
Are your crews insured?
Yes, all our guides, porters, and staff are insured, providing peace of mind for your paddle.It’s recommended to have your own travel insurance for added protection.
Eating and sleeping
What kind of meals can I expect during the trip?
You’ll have a variety of meal options, including continental, Italian, Chinese, and Indian cuisines. In remote areas, you may find typical Nepali meals, like Dal Bhat.
What will the food be like on the river?
We will have a mixture of western and Nepali food and we can cater for all need, if you let us know before you arrive in Nepal.
Should I bring food with me?
Many paddlers bring high-energy foods and beverages, like granola bars and chocolate bars. Avoid beef and pork due to cultural beliefs.
Is safe drinking water available at tea houses?
Yes, bottled mineral water is available in most villages. Consider using water filtering tablets for river water, or better yet, opt for boiled water to reduce single-use plastic.
Where will we be camping?
We will have two person tenants with basic camping mats, it’s worth bring a blow up type mat if you would like a bit of extra comfort.
Can I have my own hotel room?
Yes, you can have your own room in the city’s for an additional cost of £45 per person per night, payable before arriving in Nepal.
What if I arrive early or depart late?
We can arrange extra lodging nights for you. Book early, especially during peak seasons.

Is it ok and safe to travel alone on this trip?
Definitely is, we have a lot of guest who travel alone and end up with life long friends, also Nepal is one of the worlds safest places to trip.
