Scotland’s west coast is a maze of sea lochs, skerries, and small isles — the perfect setting for a gentle expedition with world-class scenery. Over four days we weave between islets, land on silver-sand beaches, and camp with mountain skylines as our backdrop. Starting in the Arisaig/Mallaig area, we warm up with skills and safety before island camping, then explore sheltered lagoons, skerries, and beaches with unforgettable sunsets. A highlight is the island crossing, drifting among seals, passing low cliffs and sea arches, and ending the day with a beach fire beneath starry skies. The pace is unhurried, the views are off the charts, and the wildlife is spectacular — from seals and otters to white-tailed eagles and harbour porpoise.
