The Cairngorms are vast, wild, and humbling — a landscape of sweeping plateaux, hidden glens, and ancient pinewoods that feels far removed from civilisation. Over five days we’ll cross high ground, wade rivers, and camp in remote corries or beneath towering pines, with big skies overhead and the sense of being deep in the backcountry. Evenings are simple and rewarding: fireside meals, quiet camps, and the chance to spot red deer moving across the hills or golden eagles soaring above.
